The check-in process dragged on far too long!!! There was an unpleasant smell in multiple rooms, making for a discomforting stay!!! Power issues and unreliable Wi-Fi hampered overall experience and convenience!!! Attention to drainage and odors is crucial!!!

Every day, the service stood out. staff like Eric at breakfast made sure my dietary preferences were met, while Sam at the pool was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic, with a lovely atmosphere and delicious options that made every meal enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with the room cleanliness. there was an unpleasant odor that lingered, which detracted from the overall experience. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was efficient, easing the transfer process. Despite the odor concerns, the warmth and professionalism of the staff left a lasting impression, making me want to return once the hotel fully opens up.
